Lucius Wright, 76, Dies at His Home in Manifest; Rites Held William Lucius Wright, 76, of Manifest, who died at his home shortly before noon Thanksgiving Day, was buried this (Fri.) afternoon following services held at 3:30 o'clock at the Pisgah Baptist Church, with interment following in Heard Cemetery near Manifest. The Rev. Meridith Hair and the Rev. Paul Noland conducted the final rites, with arrangements under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Serving as pallbearers were Louis Wright, George Harrell, Donald Dunn, Herman Dunn, Clarence Pentecost and Huey Pentecost. Mr. Wright is survived by two sons, Oscar of Alexandria, Va., and Edgar of Baker; three daughters, Mrs. John Dunn and Mrs. C. W. Pentecost and Mrs. W. M. Harrell, all of Route 2, Jonesville; two brothers, Walter of Route 2, Jonesville, and E. M. of Marksville; one sister, Mrs. M. T. Doughty of Route 2, Jonesville, 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
