Headline:  Area Deaths

Jehovah "Hobbie" Walker, 67, of Jena, died Tuesday, January 4, 2000, at Jena. 
 He was a retired sawmill worker and member of the Baptist faith.

Services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, Jan. 10 at New Evergreen Baptist Church 
near Jena with Rev. Stanley Mathis officiating.

Burial followed in Webster Cemetery of Good Pine under arrangements by Gayden 
Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include one brother, Othel Walker of Jena; three sisters, Pearline 
Walker and Elvone Walker, both of Jena; and Doris Walker of Dubach; and four 
grandchildren.
