Headline: Harve M. Wheeler Called by Death at Home in Jonesville

Local people learned with sincere regret on last Tuesday of the sudden death 
of Harve M. Wheeler, aged 56 years, 6 months and 24 days.  He was buried on 
Saturday in the Jonesville Cemetery with Rev. Foster of the Methodist Church 
officiating.  The funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Kinner 
& Stevens Funeral Home of Jena.

Mr. Wheeler had been a citizen of Jonesville for 25 years and served as mayor 
of the town for sometime.  He had lately resumed his sawmill operation in 
that city and had always taken an active interest in the upbuilding of this 
entire section.
