Windham Buried April 11 Funeral services for John A. Windham, 59, well-known farmer of Jena, Route 1, and lifelong resident of LaSalle Parish, who died at the Baptist Hospital in Alexandria at 3 p.m., April 10, were held April 11, at the Belah Church at 11 a.m., with Rev. Lee Brooks of Rhinehart officiating. Interment took place at Belah Cemetery, near Jena, under direction of Riser and Upshaw Funeral Home of Jena. Deceased was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Rebecca Stapleton Windham; eight daughters, Mrs. Alma Butler, Mrs. Eunice Coon, Mrs. Mollie Rosier, Mrs. Essie Williams, Mrs. Velma Peavy, Missess Eva Mae Windham, Loyce Windham and Ernie Estelle Windham; and one son, Grady Windham, all of Jena.
