POLK, Wyatt

 Wyatt Polk, 79 of Glenmora died Friday at his residence.

 He is survived by his wife, Jessie Mae Polk of Glenmora; three sons, Donald
Polk and Ivy Polk, both of Glenmora and Elmer Polk of Alexandria; four
daughters, Mrs. Louise McAdams of Baton Rouge, and Mrs. Iris Martin, Mrs.
Anelia Johnson and Miss Doris Polk all of Glenmora; two brothers, Wayne Polk
of Houston, Tex. and Julius Polk of Beaumont, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Effie
King of Jena; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

 Services were held at the Rush Funeral Home Chapel Saturday with Rev. A.J.
East and Rev. Bob Humbles officiating.

 Burial followed in the Roselawn Cemetery under direction of Rush Funeral
Home of Oakdale.
