PYLE, Edwin C.

 Edwin C. Pyle, 83 of Trout, died last Sunday, February 17, at the LaSalle 
General Hospital.

 Funeral services were held Tuesday at the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral
Home Inc. of Jena with Rev. JohnEd. Snell officiating.

 Interment followed at Old Bethel Cemetery of Clarks with arrangements by
Hixson Brothers Inc.

 Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Inez Peterson of Bloomfield, Calif.;
one sister, Mrs. W.L. Vanderford of Jena; two grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.

 Pallbearers were Alonzo M. Taylor, Don Steen, Gene Andrews, Charlie
Anderson, and Hershal Floyd.
