She was a stenographer with the State of Louisiana in Vocational Rehabilitation and a member of new Zion Pentecostal Church. Services were held a 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 29, at New Zion Pentecostal Church of Georgetown with the Revs. Allen Hatten, Doyle Stockman and Lamar Carpenter officiating. Interment followed in the Georgetown Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, Dewey E. Pace of Georgetown; two daughters, Heather D. Dickey of Urania and Crystal D. Hudson of Georgetown; her mother, Patsy Jean Morgan of Georgetown; two sisters, Judy Williams of Shreveport and Sandra Morgan of Georgetown; two brothers, Douglas Morgan, Jr. and Ricky Morgan, both of Georgetown and one grandson. Pallbearers were Earl Self, Jr., Delton Hatten, Herman Carter, Curtis McNaughton, Paul Pace and J. B. Grice.
