All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Euna Mae Franklin Phillips Euna Mae Franklin Phillips, 64, a resident of Columbia Heights Nursing Home and formerly of Grayson, died at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 1991, at St. Frances Medical Center in Monroe after an extended illness. She was a 1943 graduate of Ward Five High School, and a lifelong resident of Caldwell Parish. Services were held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home in Columbia with her nephew, Rev. Craig Franklin, officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery west of Columbia under direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home. Survivors include two daughters, June Jackson of Jena and Betty Williams of Grayson; three sons, Ronald Joe Phillips and Donnie Ray Phillips, both of Grayson and Larry Phillips of Clarks; one sister, Katherine Ellerbe of Grayson; three brothers, Wavle B. Franklin of Columbia, Sammy J. Franklin of Jena and George M. Franklin of New Mexico; and 8 grandchildren. Pallbearers were nephews, Glen Franklin, Scott Franklin, Kevin Ellerbe, Dan Ellerbe, and great-nephews, Tommy McGee and Michael McGee.
