Pritchard Succumbs; Rites at Whitehall Funeral services for Gove A. Pritchard, 66, of Archie, were held July 9 at 10 a.m. at Whitehall Pentecostal church with Rev. Alton Fleming and Rev. L.E. Wolfe officiating. Burial was at Pritchard Cemetery at Whitehall under direction of Kinner and Stevens, Inc. Mr. Pritchard died at 11:35 a.m. July 7 at LaSalle General Hospital. He was a fisherman. Survivors included his widow, Mrs. Lessie Hanes Pritchard of Archie; two daughters, Mrs. Delsie Jacobsen of Baton Rouge; Mrs. Carrie Jena LaPort of Denham Springs; Mrs. Mary Gibson of Patterson; Mrs. Jimmie Lea Beech of Tampa, Fla.; Mrs. Aline Smith of Abbeville; Mrs. Doris Herring of Starks; Mrs. Phyllis Estes of Manifest; Miss Dorothy Pritchard, Miss Myra Pritchard and Miss Kathy Pritchard, all of Archie; four sons,, Gove Pritchard, Jr. of tampa, Fla.; Jerry Pritchard, George Pritchard and Mike Pritchard, all of Jena; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Clark of Pineville; Mrs. Amelia Rosier of Belah and Mrs. Mary Ann Coleman of Jena; two brothers, James Pritchard of Summerville and Drewett Pritchard of Nebo; and 24 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gerald Pritchard, Wayne Pritchard, Glen Pritchard, Doyle Pritchard, Lavelle Pritchard and Dean Pritchard.
