RICHMOND, Martha N.

 Martha Nugent Richmond, 81, of Pineville, died Saturday, March 7, 1998, in
Rapides Regional Madical Center in Alexandria.

 She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church of Pineville and a former
employee of Pinecrest Development Center.

 Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, at New Union Baptist Church
with Rev. Sherwood Hawthorne officiating.

 Interment followed in the New Union Cemetery under direction of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville.

 Survivors include her husband, Charlie Richmond of Pineville; one son, 
Rodney Richomnd of Alexandria; one daughter Inez Ward of Deville; two sisters,
Barbara Alllbritton of Tullos and Hattie Allbritton of Greenwood; six grand-
children and nine great-grandchildren.
