Obituary of Lottie Riser

From The Jena Times, Wednesday, October 19, 1977

 Services for Mrs. Lottie Riser, 86 year-old resident of Urania were
held at 2:00 p.m. last Tuesday, October 11, 1977 at the Chapel of Riser
and Son Funeral Home in Columbia with the Revs. James Simons and J.D.
Enterkin, officiating.

 Burial followed in the Zion Hill Cemetery near Olla under direction of
Riser and Son.

 She was a native of Caldwell Parish.

 Survivors include one son, T.A. Riser of Urania; four daughters, Mrs.
Ella Eubanks of Urania, Mrs. Stella Snody of Kelly, Mrs. Cilia Ardoin 
and Mrs. Lottie Mae Franklin both of Orange, Texas; 14 grandchildren;
22 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

 Grandsons served as pallbearers.
