He was a retired city employee of West Monroe and was born to the union of Thomas and Effie Hendrix Rogers of LaSalle Parish. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Dec. 2 at Spangter Cemetery in Linville with Rev. Johnny Phillips officiating. Survivors include one son, Micheal Rogers of Marion; two daughters, Judy Smith of West Monroe and Patrica Bordelon of Zachary; three sisters, Lois McAnally of Vinton, Eunice Foshee of Urania and Joyce Walker of West Monroe; one brother, Quinton Rogers of Urania; six grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.
