Alvin Richmond

Alvin Richmond, 73, of Kelly, died at Hardtner Medical Center in Urania on
Friday, Jun 1, 1990, following an extended illness.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Fellowship Cemetery
with the Revs. Lester Carpenter and Boyd Tannehill, officiating.

Interment was under direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.

Survivors include three sons, Willard Richmond of Gulfport, Miss., Johnny
Richmond of Jena, and Bobby Richmond of Kelly; three daughters, JoAnn Davis of
Grayson, Susie Lapham of Clarks and Mary Strange of Columbia; one brother,
Rev. Jim Richmond of Columbia; one sister, Beatrice Poole of Jena; 13
grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Richmond, Larry Cubbitt, Charlie Strange, John Thomas
Boyd, Breck Lapham and Terry Richmond.
