She was a store manager and member of the New union Baptist Church near Tullos. She was born July 29, 1951, at Urania, to the union of Elder Huey and Edith L. Stockman Kinney. Services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 27, at the First Baptist Church in Urania with Rev. Doyle Stockman officiating. Interment followed in the New Union Cemetery near Tullos under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. Survivors include her husband, C. R. Stamper of Tioga; two step-daughters, Gale Stamper and Mona Stamper, both of New Orleans; and one brother, Billy Kinney of Goldonna. Pallbearers were Johnny Parham, Lawrence Sampey, Reggie Berry, Michael Sullivan and Ronnie DeMass.
