Lucien Steele

Funeral services for Lucien Steele, 84, of Olla were Friday at 2 p.m. Jan. 19
at Riser and Son Funeral Home with the Revs. Jim Love and Doris Dearman
officiating. Burial followed at Harris Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Steele died Thursday at the Caldwell Parish Hospital after a lengthy
illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Sudie Steele of Olla; one daughter, Mrs.
Peggy Laprarie of Larto; one son, Dwain Kirkham of Larto; three brothers, V.
O. Steele of Liberty, Miss., Guice Steele of Glouster, Miss., and benton
Steele of Mississippi; and one sister, Mrs. Nanie Whittington of Glouster,
Miss.

Pallbearers were G. B. Steele, Lucien Steele, R. M. Kirkham, Donald Roark,
Robert Smith, and Buddy Norris.
