She was homemaker. Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with Rev. S. P. Spinks and Rev. David Willoughby, officiating. Burial followed at the Jena Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Inc. of Jena. Survivors include a son, Clarence Humphries of Tioga; a daughter, Catherine Sue Fisher of Tioga; a ste-son, Alon Singleton of New Orleans; two step- daughters, Cristy Belle Garrett of Calvin and Gwin Gray of Natchitoches; a brother, Robert Crooks of Jonesville; five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Clyde Crooks, Glen Allen, Billy R. Crooks, Tommy Otwell, Louis M. Crooks Jr. and Charles Boyette.
