Gene Scarborough

Gene Scarborough, 45, of Pineville, died at 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 19,
1990 at the Rapides General Hospital, in Alexandria.

He was an electrician lineman for Tullos Construction Company.

Services were held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, at Good Roads Pentecostal
Church with Rev. Brian Taylor, officiating.

Burial followed at Heard Cemetery of manifest under direction of Hixson
Brothers Inc. of Jena.

Survivors include a son, Gregory Gene Scarborough of Tioga; a daughter, Gina
Scarborough Ross of Tioga; two brothers, Bruce Scarborough and Jerry
Scarborough, both of Texas; three half-sisters, Leslie, Ollie and Debra
Scarborough; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Kenny Creel, Larry Alexander, Norman Creel, Carl Thatcher,
Orville G. Creel and James Cebyroli.
