Arvill "Bill" Smalling

Arvilla "Bill" Smalling, 73, of Olla, died at 9:15 p.m. Thursday, May 10,
1990, at her residence in Olla.

She was a former resident of Rayville and member of First Baptist Church.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church in Ola with
Revs. Glen Wagon and Lawrence King, officiating.

Interment followed in Bethel Cemetery of Holly Ridge under direction of Riser
and Son Funeral Home Columbia.

Survivors include one daughter, Linda Smalling Comeaux of Olla; one brother,
J.C. "Tot" Moncrief of Columbia; two sisters, Pat Van Vranklin of Natchez and
Mel Arthurs of Columbia; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
