Funeral Held Wednesday For Routon Smith

Funeral services for Routon Luther Smith, 34, of Manifest were held, Wednesday
at 2 p.m. at the Pisgah Baptist Church of Manifest with Rev. Claude Terral
officiating.

Mr. Smith died at the veterans Hospital at Alexandria early Tuesday morning.
He was a boat camp operator.

Burial was in Huffman Cemetery at Manifest under arrangement of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include two daughters, Miss Nancy Smith and Miss Rebecca Lee Smith,
both of Monroe, two brothers, Orville Lee Smith and Grentis H. Smith, both of
Jonesville.
