Mickey Bounds officiating. Burial was in Belah Cemetery of Trout under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Mrs. Slay died Thursday morning in Alexandria. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Roscoe Slay of Manifest and Otto Slay, of Jena and a sister, Mrs. Ida Cox of Jena; seven grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren.
