T. J. SMITH

T.J. (Jake) Smith, age 68 years 4 months and 5 days, died of heart disease at
the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs.  Floyd Smith Friday 6:30 a.m. May 31, at
Midway. The deceased is survived by one sister, Mrs. J.M. Pritchard, two
brothers, C.R. Smith and A.M. Smith; fifteen nephews and eight neices. Funeral
services were held at Pine Grove cemetery at 4 p.m., Saturday with Rev. W.M.
Enterkin officiating and burial services under direction of Hixson brothers of
Jena.

Pallbearers were Floyd and Cary Pritchard, Eb Blanchard, Curtis and Ray Smith.
