She was owner-operator of Mary's tax and Bookkeeping Service in Jena until last year when she sold the business. She was a member of Pritchard Baptist Church. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, January 12, at Pritchard Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Gulde officiating. Interment followed in the Pritchard Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, John D. Tullos of Old River; one daughter, Lindley Rebakah Tullos of Old River; one son, John Daniel Tullos, Jr. of Old River; one sister, Nila Bradford of Old River; two brothers, John Bradford of Natchitoches and Terry Bradford of Jonesville. Pallbearers were Ken Davis, Danny Young, Joey Allen, Terry Bradford, Ben Dosher, Lloyd Breithaupt, Bobby Francis and Don L. Cupples, Jr. (The Jena Times, Wednesday, January 14, 1998)
