Joe Curtis Thompson

Joe Curtis Thompsom, 76, of Shreveport, died at 4 p.m., Saturday, May 9, 1998,
at the Sisters of Charity Hospital in Shreveport.

He was a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Services were held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, May 13, at Pine Grove Church of
Rhinehart with Rev. Rick Feazell officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery under direction of Hixson
Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Loraine Thompson of Shreveport; two
daughters, Jo Ann Caskey of Shreveport and Betty Sue Thompson of Shreveport;
one son, Curtis Thompson of Bossier City; three sisters, Johnnie Paul, Daisy
Starnes and Peggy Benson, all of Jena; and two grandchildren.
