Born November 12, 1920, she was a homemaker and member of the Baptist faith. Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 1, at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena with the Revs. Bill Robertson and W.D. Hooper, officiating. Burial followed at Belah Cemetery under arrangements by Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include her husband, Elzie "red" Twiner of Belah; two sons, Willie Joe Twiner of Alexandria and Garland Twiner of Jena; her mother, Elouise Taylor of Jena; three brothers, Alonzo Taylor of Belah, Woodrow Taylor of Magnolia and Charles Taylor of Dubach; five sisters, Chessie Price, Ammie Walpole, Jewell Price and Ida Fern Ganey, all of Belah and Freddie Mae Hall of Reeves; five grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Keith Taylor, Timmy J. Hall, Danny Prise, Johnny White, Dale Mitchell and Charles Stevens.
