J. Mayo Thompson
J. Mayo Thompson age 40 years 8 months and 18 days died at his home at
Walters Sept 18, 1940 at 3:30 a.m.  Mr. Thompson leaves the following his
wife Mrs. Bessie Thompson, Wess, Joe, sons; Irene Johnnie Mayo, Daisy Lss,
Paggy Faye, daughters  Mrs. J. W. Thompson mother, a number of brothers
all of Walters, besides a host of friends.
Funeral was conducted by Rev. R. M. Doughty of Tullos, burial in Pine 
Grove cemetery under the direction of Kinner and Stevens of Jena.
