Funeral services for Mr. Wooten, who was retired from Tremont lumber Co., were held July 10 at 2 p.m. at the Hixson Bros. Chapel with Rev. Lewis Moffit officiating. Survivors included two daughters, Maxine Hawthorne of Pineville, and Clydene Guevera of Sulphur; one son, Charles Wooten of Georgetown; two siters, Mrs. Troy Black; Mrs. Homer Davis and one half-sister; Mrs. Ada Long, all of Jena; eight grandchildren and eighty great-grandchilren.
