She was a retired lunchroom worker with the LaSalle Parish School system and member of Church of Christ. Services were held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena with Rev. K.G. Brooks, officiating. Interment followed at Woodland Cemetery of Jena under direction on Kinner and Stevens Inc. of Jena. Survivors include a daughter, Gloria Jean Cain of Ferriday; two brothers, Royce Jones of Jena and Preston Jones of Shreveport; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were Doc Eubanks, Burl Calrk, Al Jackson, Buddy Henry, Douglas Powell and Jimmy Dean.
