Ccecil Windham, 61, of Shreveport, were held Thursday, August 2, 1990, at 1 p.m. at Rose-Neath's Marshall Street Chapel. Officiating were Rev. Richard Kidd of Grawood Baptist Church, and the Rev. Mike McLaurin, pastor of North Keithville Baptist Church. Burial was at Forest Park West Cemetery. He died Tuesday, July 31, 1990, at his home following a lengthy illness. He was a native of Vivian, and had been a resident of Shreveport for 28 years. He was a retail sales manager for The Wells Company and a member of Westside Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dorothy B. Windham, of Shreveport; two sons, Cecil Wayne Windham and wife, Jeannie of Shreveport and James Keith Windham of Shreveport; two daughters, Cathy Murph of Shreveport and Sheree Lubking and husband, Steve of Shreveport; one sister, Glynn Davis and husband, Jack of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Robert Windham and wife, Bennye of Shreveport and Wilfred Windham and wife Louise of Victoria, Texas; six grandchildren, Bobby Windham, Mark Murph, Julie Murph, Stacy Windham, Margan Lubking, and Cory Lubking, all of Shreveport; and mother-in-law, Mr. Rebecca Bradford of Jena. Pallbearers were Dennis Rice, Miles Hitchcock, Jimmy Snead, Gene Williams, Larry Shillings and Jimmy Phillips.
