Preston Walters is Called By death at Home in Good Pine

Funeral services were held at the family home in Good Pine on Saturday morning
for John Preston Walters, whose untimely demise occurred Friday night at 10
o'clock. The interment was held in the family cemetery at Sibley in Lincoln
Parih.

Mr. Walters, who had been in ill health for some time had resided in Good Pine
for 13 years and was formerly connected with the Good Pine Lumber Company.

The deceased is survived by his wife, two sons, Durwood and Julian Walters of
Good Pine; one daughter, Mrs. N.N. Nason, of Harrisonburg and two brothers,
one of whom resides in Hodge, La. and the other in Houston, Texas
