He was employed as a sales manager. Services were at 1:00 p.m. Monday at the chapel of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena with Revs. Rex Carraway and Milton McManus, officiating. Burial followed at Winnsboro Cemetery of Winnsboro under direction of Hixson Brothers Inc. of Jena. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Virginia White, Odessa; four daughters, Darlene Vickers, Bobbie Campbell, Renea Sanders and Pam Edwards, all of Jena; two step-sons, Michael Lee Dotson of Odessa and Neal Dotson of Garland, Texas; two step-daughters, Carol Phillips and Glenda Ryan, both of Odessa; two sisters, Alene Guimbellot and Mae Guimbellot, both of Winnsboro; three brothers, O.E. White of Leesville, Phillip White of Lafayette and John Allen White of Newton, Texas; ten grandchildren and eight step grandchildren. Palbearers were Willie Ryan, Michael Dotson, Terry Edwards, John Campbell, Danny Vickers, Damon Phillips, Pete Guimbellot and Lonnie Thompson.
