Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. from the Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Dan Blake officiating. Burial followed in the National Cemetery near Pineville under the direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. C. H. Shope Jr. of Ashville, N. C.; a son, E. S. Williams Jr. of Jena; four brothers, T. H. Maddox of Alexandria, W. H. Williams, 63, of Baton Rouge, died in a hospital there Monday, May 7. He was a native of Jena. Mr. Williams was employed by the State Department of Labor. He attended the First Baptist Church, was a member of Nicholson Post No. 38 of the American Legion and Carrietta Lodge No. 312, F&AM, Trout. Date: January 5, 2005 Headline: Betty Jo Robertson Wilson Betty Jo Robertson Wilson, 61, of Houston, Texas, and a native of Jena, died Friday, December 24, 2004, at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital in Houston. She was a homemaker and was born October 15, 1943, at Jena to the union of her parents, Roy and Josie Robertson. Services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29, at Temple Baptist Church in Jena with Rev. Jimmy Keene officiating. Interment followed in the Spring Ridge cemetery of Aimwell under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Urania. She was also a member of Urania Chapter #138 Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband: Tonnie "Sunshine" Wilson and her grandson: Randall Clay Wilson. Survivors include her daughter: Tywana W. Conti of Deville, her sons: Wendell L. Wilson of Jena, K.P. He was also a member of Kelly Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at the chapel of Riser Funeral Home in Olla with Rev. Lavurl Shell officiating. Interment followed in the Olla Cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Olla. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Loyd Cecil Wise; brother, Thomas Wise. Mrs. Wishum died Sunday morning in LaSlle General Hospital after a long illness. Surviving are four sons, Willie P.
