LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT Jena, Louisiana September 13, 1979 I, Lessie Ann Whatley Lees, being of sound and disposing mind and wishing to make proper disposition of my property in the event of my death, do hereby make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills I may have made. 1. I first require that all of my just debts be paid from the assets of my estate. 2. Unto my children, BERTIE EDWARDS CRANFORD and DICIE M. EDWARDS SVITAK, I give, devise and bequeath all of the property I die possessed of, whether corporeal, incorporeal, movable, immovable, separate or community with the provision that these children share this property in equal portions. 3. I appoint my daughter, BERTIE EDWARDS CRANFORD as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, said appointment to be without the necessity of bond or inventory both of which are herby dispensed with. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have signed this my Last Will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses hereinafter named and undersigned.
