HUFFMAN 9 DECEMBER 1905 State if Louisiana } Parish of Lincoln } Know all men by these presents that I, C. H. Autrey, a resident of the above named parish and state have for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars cash in hand paid by T. R. Huffman of the same residence, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have this day bargained, sold, transferred and delivered and do this day bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto the said T. R. Huffman the following tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Parish of Lincoln, State of Louisiana as follows, to wit: the South half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, Northwest quarter of the Southeast half and the South half of the Northeast half of the Southwest half all in Section 28, Township 20, Range 3 West containing Eighty Acres more or less with all improvements thereon or thereto belonging with a full warranty against all claims whatsoever kind.
