   Before me the undersigned legal authority personally appeared J. R. Davis, who
deposes and say that:  Mrs. Mary F. Davis died on 14th day of March 1922 and that J.
R. Davis, Mrs. Mollie Heard, A. B. Davis, Mrs. Sallie Jenkins, C. E. Davis, Mrs.
J???? Lester are the only surviving heirs and there are no minor heirs.

   Subscribed and sworn to before me this the 13th day of May 1922.
