Rev. Frank Folino, O.F.M. will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ruston under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston. Mrs. Allison was born in Sublime, Texas March 4, 1931 and passed away December 11, 2012 in Ruston. She was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Ruston and was married to the late Perry T. Allison. Mrs. Allison was a homemaker and a mother of three children; grandmother of six and great grandmother of five. After her husband’s retirement, they volunteered for the National Parks Services for over 16 years in the spring and summer months. She would give guided tours and speak at assemblies at the park and help relay safety procedures. She was also an advocate for several environmental causes in Montana and made a major impact for many people. Mrs. Allison was also an excellent gardener and had many stop and comment on her beautiful yard. Mrs. Allison is survived by her son: George Randall Allison and wife Elizabeth of Ruston; two daughters: Jan Allison Evans and husband Paul Evans of Arlington, Texas and Kimberly Allison Norris of Denver, Colorado; six grandchildren: Jennifer Cowley, Paul Keith Evans, Jr., John Chris Allison, Emily Anderson, Greg Norris and Ashley Norris; five great grandchildren: Nathan Cowley, Marilyn Evans, Austin Evans, Ryland Allison and Reed Allison. She was preceded in death by her parents: Franz Josef (Frank Joseph) Cejka and Emelia Tlapal Cejka; brothers: Henry Cejka and George Cejka; sisters: Mary Svetlik, Anne Slaughter and Margaret Smelley and her husband Perry T.
