                    MR. LAVELLE R. AMBROSE

Services for Mr. Lavelle R. Ambrose, 90, of Choudrant, will be held at 10 a.m.
Saturday, August 29, 1992 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Raymond M. Crowfoot
officiating at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston. Burial will follow in
the Douglas Cemetery.

Mr. Ambrose died Thursday, August 27, 1992 in Ruston.

Mr. Ambrose was a member of Douglas Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Emory & Nellie Ambrose of Ruston;
three grandchildren, Kenneth and Danny Ambrose and Annette Pittman; one
sister, Mrs. J. W. "Eubie" Pipes of Choudrant; seven great grandchildren and
numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine
Emory Ambrose.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Ambrose, Danny Ambrose, Prentice Ambrose, Durward
Chandler, Robert "Bob" Patterson and Cecil Edmiston.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 28, 1992.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to church or charity of your choice.
