                       MR. BOBBY K. BENNETT

CHOUDRANT - Funeral services for Bobby K. Bennett, 54, of Choudrant, formerly
of W. Monroe, were held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral
Home in Ruston with Rev. C. W. Aswell officiating.

Burial will follow in Sibley Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick's.

Mr. Bennett died Saturday, March 31, 1990 at Lincoln General Hospital
following a lengthy illness.

Bennett was a retired sergeant with the Louisiana State Police, Troop F with
22 years of service.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Kim Malone of El Dorado, Arkansas; three
sisters Mrs. Gereline "Jerri" Poche, Mrs. Sue Crawford and Mrs. Marsha Adams
of Choudrant and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be members of Louisiana State Police Troop F.
