Bishop Services for Mrs. Virginia L. Bishop, 50, of Ruston, will be at 2 p.m. Monday, November 8, 1999, at Owens Chapel Funeral Home in Ruston with Bro.Johnny Wellborn officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. Bishop was taken by the Angels to meet her God Saturday, November 6, 1999, 11 days before her birthday. She passed away in Shreveport after a lengthy illness. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Bennie Fincher. Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Bishop, Jr.; her children, Hope Neuroth and her husband Mike of Ruston; Scott Audrisch and his wife Charlene of Vicksburg, Miss.; Corey Audrisch of Homer; and Lee Bisbop and his wife Lesley of West Monroe; her sisters, Hulene Griffin of Oklahoma City; Pat Austin of Spearsville; Betty Doucet of Ruston; Naomi Pilcher of Spearsville, Patti Hamilton of West Monroe; and Sandra Martin ,of West Monroe; her brothers, Benny Fincher, Jr., of Ruston; Ted Fincher of Aracadia; Kenny Pilcher of Charleston, S.C.; and Ricky Pilcher of Vicksburg, Miss.; and eight beautiful grandchildren, Drew and Parker Audrisch; Megan, Heather and Cheyene Audrisch; Shane and Tyler Neuroth; and Brooke Bishop. Pallbearers will be Eddie Smith, Ramsey Istre, Justin Brown, Jimmy Ball, David Hartwell and John Revels. Honorary pallbearers will be her numerous cousins and nephews. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
