  Bennie Lane Bradford, Sr.
  
   Services for Bennie Lane Bradford, Sr., 98, of Choudrant will be held at
  10 a.m. Saturday, July 24,1999 in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in
  Choudrant.  Officiating will be Rev.  Jerry Whitman.
  
   Interment will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery under the direction of
  Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.
  
   Mr. Bradford died Tuesday, July 20,1999 in Ruston after a brief illness.
  
   Mr. Bradford served in the U. S. Navy and was former owner of the Ford
  dealership in LakeProvidence.
  
   He retired in 1962 and lived in Lincoln Parish until his death. Mr.
  Bradford attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was a Member of the
  Pleasant Grove Cemetery Association.
  
   He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtie Mae Bradford, four brothers,
  and one sister.
  
   Survivors include two daughters, Alice Tacoma Scalfano of Alexandria and
  Zelma Randazzo of New Orleans; two sons, Joe Walter Bradford, Sr. of
  Choudrant and Ben Lane Bradford, Jr. of West Monroe; ten grandchildren;
  twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
  
   Memorials may be made to the Pleasant Grove Cemetery Association.
  
   Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, July 23,
  1999 at the funeral home.
