     MR. ODELLE BROWN

Funeral services for Mr. Odelle Brown, 72 of Choudrant, La. will be held at 2
p.m. on Friday, September 25, 1992 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston with
Rev. Jerry Whitman officiating, assisted by Rev. Clye Baxter. Interment will
be in Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Downsville, La. under the direction of Kilpatrick
Funeral Home of Ruston. 

Mr. Brown died Wednesday, September 23, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center in
Monroe, La. following a short illness.

Mr. Brown was a native of Downsville, La. and was retired from T. L. James Co.
where he was a field superintendent in New Orleans, La. He was a World War II
veteran, Air Force and a 3rd degree Mason, Choudrant, La.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife: Melva Bridges Brown of Choudrant; two sons
and daughters-in-law: Larry and Faye Brown and Terry and Martha Brown, all of
Ruston; one daughter and son-in-law: Diane and Joe Russell of Choudrant; one
brother: Huey Brown of Ruston; seven grandchildren; five step-grandchildren
and several nieces and nephews. 

Pallbearers will be Doyle Brown, Michael Brown, James O'Neal, Joseph Watson,
Joe Russell and Jeff Greer.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, from 5 till 9 p.m.
