                      Irma H. Burgess
  
  Services for Irma H. Burgess, 95, of Dubach will be held at 2
  p.m. Thursday, September 16, 1999, in the Kilpatrick Funeral
  Home Chapel.  Officiating will be Bishop Loy Gaar.
  
  Interment will be in the Corinth Cemetery under the direction
  of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.
  
  Mrs.Burgess died Sept. 14,1999, in Bernice after a lengthy
  illness.
  
  Mrs. Burgess was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.  She was
  a lifelong resident of this area.  She was preceded in death
  by husband, C. F. Burgess, Sr. and son C. F. Burgess, Jr.
  
  Survivors include two daughters, Nellie Caver and Virginia
  Sillavan of Dubach; four sisters, Luna Bennett of West Lake,
  Vera Wood of Lake Charles, Marie Stafford of Monroe and Mary
  Maxon of Hemphill, Texas; eight grandchildren; nine great-
  grandchildren; and one great- greatgrandchild.  She was dearly
  loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.
  
  Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday
  between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m.
