                    Alma Hines Collinsworth

Services for Mrs. Alma Hines Collinsworth, 94, of Arcadia, will be
held at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 14,1999, in the Rose-Neath
Funeral Rome Chapel in Arcadia.  Officiating will be Rev.  Harlan
Smith, assisted by Dr. Richard May and Rev.  Jesse Smith.

Interment will be in the Camp Ground Cemetery in Bienville under
the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Arcadia.

Mrs. Collinsworth died October 12,1999, in the Arcadia Baptist
Retirement Center.

She was a former resident of Bryceland but had lived in the Arcadia
Baptist Retirement Center for the past 12 years.  She was a
homemaker and was the oldest member of the Bryceland Baptist
Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen D. Collinsworth
and a son, Nathaniel Clark Collinsworth.

Survivors include two sons, Dr. B. J. Collinsworth and wife Roxie
of Ruston, LA and Bill Collinsworth and wife Frances of Bryceland;
one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Ussery and husband Dr. Aaron E. of
Arcadia; eight grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and
five great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Edwin Sutton, Brad Collinsworth, B. C.
Collinsworth, Brian Collinsworth, Fen Collinsworth and Keith
Collinsworth.

Honorary pallbearer will be Will Henry Teasley.
  
Memorials may be made to Bryceland Baptist Church or Arcadia
Baptist Retirement Center Chapel Fund.
