                   MRS. RUTH TABOR COLVIN
  
  RUSTON,  LA. - Services for Mrs. Ruth Tabor Colvin, 87, of
  Unionville, La. will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday,
  February 12, 1992 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in
  Ruston, with Rev. Larry Miller officiating. Burial will
  follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Ruston.
  
  Mrs. Colvin died Monday, February 10, 1992 at Lincoln
  General Hospital in Ruston after a lengthy illness.
  
  Mrs. Colvin was a native of Lincoln Parish, La.; a member of
  Grace United Methodist Church in Ruston, and a member of the
  Eastern Star. Mrs. Colvin was preceded in death by her
  husband, S. W. "Doc" Colvin and son, David P. Colvin.
  
  Mrs. Colvin is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Dot 
  and Harry D. Napper of Ruston; son Tracy Colvin of Houma,
  La.; daughter-in-law, Lillian E. Colvin of Ruston; three
  grandchildren, Barbara N. Lyon of Irvine, California; Deana
  N. Mitchell of Shreveport, La.; and Steve Napper of Ruston;
  and five great grandchildren. 
  
  Pallbearers will be: Steve Napper, Kim Mitchell, David
  Hammon, Mike Colvin, Eddie Colvin and Glen Neaville.
  
  The family appreciates the loving care that Ruth received at
  Longleaf Nurse Care Center and Lincoln General Hospital
  
  Visitation will be from  5 P.M. till 7 P.M. Tuesday and 9
  A.M. till service time Wednesday at Kilpatrick Funeral Home
  in Ruston, La.
  
  Memorials may be made to The Grace United Methodist Church
  in Ruston, La.
