Howard C. Davis

Services for Mr. Howard C. Davis, 81 of Ruston will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday,
August 7,1999 at Owens Memorial Chapel in Ruston with Dr. Merlin Merrill and
Rev.  Rolly Walker officiating.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park under the direction of Owens
Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.

Mr. Davis died Thursday, August 5, 1999 at Health South Rehab Hospital after a
lengthy illness.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was a
retired Postal Worker.

Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Lee Davis.

Survivors include one son, 0. K. "Buddy" Davis of Ruston; two brothers, Thomas
C. Davis of Ruston and 0. K. Davis of Monroe.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
