Officiating will be Rev. Joe Cannon and Rev. Michael Sammons. Interment will be in Cook Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Mr. Frazier died August 5,1999 in Ruston, LA after a lengthy illness. He was a Baptist. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a Veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Noella C. Frazier of Ruston; children, Johnnie F. Hogan & husband, Paul, of Ruston, Warren Frazier, Jr. & wife, Linda, of Ruston, and Mike Frazier & wife, Cindy, of Ruston; grandchildren, Bill Hogan, Ginger Manuel, David Hogan, Leah Frazier, Lori Henry and Lacie Frazier; great grandchildren, Melissa, Matt, Taylor, Natalie, Frasier, Cody & Lynzie; brother, Louie Frazier of West Monroe; sisters, Billie Garner of Foreman, Ark. and Alice Stewart of Ruston; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Bill Hogan, David Hogan, David Manuel, Phil Henry, Jerry Magliolo and Doyle Pilcher. Memorials may be made to the Methodist Children's Home,The Owl Center. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
