Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, November 7, 1975 in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston with the Rev. Merlin Merrill officiating, assisted by the Rev. Leon Scott. Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery near Ruston. Mr. Grigsby was the owner and operator of Grigsby Jewelry in Ruston for 30 years. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Ruston; a member of the Rotary Club, and was on the board of directors of the Ruston Chamber of Commerce 1966 - 1967. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hazel Richardson Grigsby of Ruston; his mother: Mrs. Very Grigsby of Ruston; two sons: Jerry Gene Grigsby of Ruston, Jimmy Clyde Grigsby of Ruston; one daughter: Miss Deborah Ann Grigsby of Ruston; two brothers: Chester P. Grigsby of Shreveport, Glen Grigsby of Ruston; five sisters: Mrs. Yvonne Goss, and Miss Ellen Nelson both of Ruston, Mrs. Elaine Pesnell of Ruston, Mrs. Geraldine Veach of Aurora, Colorado, and Mrs. Sue Horton of Belleville, Illinois, and three grandchildren.
