Headline: Mrs. Harris Rites Held
Mrs. Ollie Harris, 92, of Choudrant, died Friday at Lincoln General Hospital. 
Services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Choudrant First Methodist Church 
with Rev. Richard Poss officiating. Burial was in Douglas Cemetery under 
direction of Spears Funeral Home. Mrs. Harris is survived by two sons, Monard 
Harris, Jena, Evans J. Harris, Clay; five daughters, Mrs. Vivian Talley, Olla, 
Mrs. Etha Spillers, Choudrant, Mrs. Vada Lee Courtney, Metairie, Mrs. Irene 
May, Metairie, Mrs. Thelma Reeves, Metairie; twenty-five grandchildren, forty-
three great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
