All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** The Ruston Daily Leader, Monday, March 20, 2000 Elwood Davis Henry Services for Elwood Davis Henry, 75, of Longview, Texas, former resident of Ruston for 25 yrs., were held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2000, in the Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating was Dr. Michael Hawley. Interment was in Henry Cem-etery in Hico, under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. Mr. Henry died Saturday, March 18, 2000, in Longview, Texas, after a brief illness. He was a member of the Emmanuel Bap-tist Church, served in the U. S. Army, U. S. Air Force and was a Veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara Henry in 1994. Survivors include One daugh-ter, Laurie Grigsby and husband Tommy of Longview, Texas; one son, Greg Henry and wife Katie of Cary, N.C., one sister, Mary Lou Henry of Baton Rouge; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Buddy Young, Gene Dewitt, Clyde Gandy, Tho-mas Grigsby, Tommy Grigsby and Greg Henry.
