Officiating will be Rev. Wendell Sellers. Services are under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston. Mr. Impson was born November 12, 1949 in Ruston to Robert Bennie Impson and Eva Millican Impson. He died December 22, 2014 in Ruston. He was a lineman for Hi Line Construction. In his spare time, Mr. Impson enjoyed fishing. Mr. Impson is survived by his wife: Bobbie Cage Impson; his children: Johnny Ray Impson, Jr. of Monroe, Jonathan Michael Impson and wife Veronica of Monroe, Heather Marie and husband Charlie Anders of Oak Grove and Jeremy Ryan Impson and Lena Ales of West Monroe; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers: Donnie "Punkin" Impson and wife Dianne of Choudrant and Ronnie Impson of Anchorage, AK; sister: Deborah Ann "Sissy" and husband Danny Skains of Farmerville as well as numerous nieces and nephews who all loved their "Uncle Johnny" and a special friend "Uncle" Charles Kilgore.
