JACKSON Funeral Services for Alton H. Jackson, 59 of Shreveport, Louisiana will be today at 2:30 p.m. in Spears Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John A. Strous officiating. Burial will be in the Vienna Cemetery under the direction of Spears Funeral Home in Ruston. Mr. Jackson died Monday, February 10, 1964 in a Shreveport Hospital after a short illness. Alton was born on September 23, 1904 in Clay, Louisiana. He was a retired dairy farmer, a member of the Baptist Church and a World Was II Veteran. Survivors include one brother: Murray Jackson of Wascom, Texas; four sisters: Mrs. Pearl Madden of Shreveport, Louisiana, Mrs. X. L. (Ennie) Bell of Sulphur, Louisiana, Mrs. M. H. (Clara) Nobles of Dubach, Louisiana, and Mrs. Ted (Doris) Andrews of Winnfield.
